Previous Immersion:

QUEENSLAND SPANISH TEACHER IMMERSION

• Date: 24-26 November 2023
• Location: University of Queensland
• Cost: 300 AUD (shared bathroom between 2 rooms) or 350 AUD (private ensuites). The price includes accommodation and full board.
• Duration: From Friday, November 24 in the afternoon until Sunday, November 26 after lunch. All participants must spend the night at the university.
• Description: The immersion is aimed at teachers with different levels of experience, from beginners to teachers who have been working for many years, as well as for natives or non-natives, since all the activities are aimed at its application in the Spanish classroom, not at the improvement of the language, although for those who do not practice it regularly it is a great opportunity to put it into practice.

• Requirements:
  • Be a primary, secondary or university Spanish teacher in Queensland.

  • Make the payment associated with the registration form.
• Procedure for participation: People interested in participating must fill out the registration form and make the payment. When the program is fully booked, the interested party will be able to join a waiting list on that same page.
• Resignation conditions: People who, having registered, and ultimately cannot attend the immersion should write to the Education Office as soon as possible and their place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. if the said person has completed the payment, the money will be returned. However if no participant was found as replace, the money won’t be able to be refunded.
