Collaboration Scholarships

Aimed at university students to carry out research tasks in university departments.

Students enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor's degree or in a Master's program.

Bachelor's Degree Students:

University students enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program can obtain the collaboration scholarship if, by the application deadline, they meet the following requirements:

1. Not in possession or in the legal position to obtain an academic degree of Bachelor, Licentiate, Engineer, Architect, or official Master's degree.
2. Enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year in all remaining courses or credits required to complete their Bachelor's degree and have passed at least 75 percent of the required credits.
3. Have obtained the following average grades for the passed credits, depending on the branch of official university degrees:
   • 7.25 points for the branch of Engineering and Architecture or Technical Studies.
   • 7.70 points for the branches of Sciences or Experimental Sciences and for Social Sciences and Law.
   • 7.80 points for the branch of Health Sciences.
   • 8.00 points for the branch of Arts and Humanities.
4. For students pursuing double degrees, only the credits and grades corresponding to the degree for which the scholarship is sought will be considered.

Master's Degree Students:

University students enrolled in the first year of official Master's programs can obtain the collaboration scholarship if, by the application deadline, they meet the following requirements:

1. Not in possession or in the legal position to obtain an official Master's or Doctoral degree. Not having passed all credits except the master's thesis for a different Master's degree than the one for which the scholarship is requested.
2. Enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year in all courses or credits of the first year of the Master's program.
3. Have obtained the average grade established in the previous section (Bachelor's degree students) in the academic record of their previous university studies that give access to the Master's program, depending on the branch of knowledge of origin.

All applicants must submit a collaboration project endorsed and scored by the department.

The application must be completed using the form accessible online via the "Access the online service" button located at the top of this page.

Once this is done, you must download and print a PDF template, which must be completed by the applicant (collaboration project outline) and evaluated by the department.

To complete the application, you must log back into the application, attach the previously scanned documentation, and submit the application electronically.

Since the application process requires completing the above steps, applicants are advised to start the process well in advance to ensure it is completed before the application deadline.

It must be completed by the department where you want to carry out the collaboration. It is the same template that appears when applying for the scholarship, but you can download it now to start filling it out. Once completed, you will need to upload it to the application when you apply for the scholarship (from June 11 to September 17, 2024) by clicking the button at the top of this page.
