Procedimiento de concesión de ayudas para participar en cursos de inmersión en lengua inglesa organizados por la UIMP

Procedure for granting aid to participate in English language immersion courses organized by UIMP.

Beneficiaries will attend an intensive English language immersion course, in a residential regime, lasting one week, to be chosen between September 30 and December 16, 2024 (course start dates), at one of the following locations: Santander, Cuenca, Valencia, Seville, Tenerife, Barcelona, Cartagena, and La Línea.

Scholarship students of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports who meet the established requirements.

3,165 grants.

For provisional allocation:

• Not having turned 30 by December 31, 2024, and having turned 18 by the end date of application submission.
• Having been a scholarship recipient for University Education, Higher Artistic Education, other higher education, Higher Vocational Training, or the final year of Baccalaureate in the general scholarship call of this Ministry in the 2021-2022 or 2022-2023 academic years.

Grants will be awarded in reverse order of the applicant's per capita family income used for the award of the general scholarship for the 2021-2022 or 2022-2023 academic year. In the case of applicants who have been scholarship recipients of this Ministry in both academic years, the income used for the award of the scholarship for the 2022-2023 academic year will be considered.Salto de línea Preference will be given to applicants who have not been beneficiaries of this aid in previous years.

For final allocation:

• After completing a preliminary level test online, another final level test must be passed at the time of joining the course to confirm the initially assigned level.

The grant covers all course expenses: tuition, materials, meals, and accommodation, although the selected student must pay €100 as a reservation fee. Travel expenses to the course venue will be borne by the student.
