  • All formalities relating to the application can be completed online.
  • The relevant authority responsible for the procedure is the Directorate-General for Planning and Management in Education (Director General de Planificación y Gestión Educativa). The contact details are available on the following page: http://www.educacionyfp.gob.es/servicios-al-ciudadano/informacion-administrativa.html
  • Processing is done via the website of this Ministry, and authentication can be done in two ways:
    • With a user ID or NIE, and password set by the user at the time of registration. Identity is verified by cross-checking data with the Ministry of Interior.
    • With an electronic certificate, integrated in the Cl@ve platform. If this form of authentication is used, all queries about the status of the processing must be done in the same way.
  • Signing is done by entering specific data from the identity document (such as the expiry date, IDESP or IXESP).
  • No documents have to be submitted to make an application, unless requested.
  • Objections may be lodged against provisional decisions (within a period of 10 days), and against the final decision (publication of the lists of beneficiaries and the amounts granted, on the Ministry’s website), or as an appeal for review (within a period of one month) or an administrative appeal (two months).
  • Applications and related formalities are free for applicants, except for the contentious-administrative appeal.
  • Applications must be submitted within the stated period and, if there is a request for a document, within the period stated in that request.
  • The Director-General for Planning and Management in Education (Director General de Planificación y Gestión Educativa) will issue the final decision in the call on financial allocations, within a maximum period of six months from when the necessary information provided by public administrations, universities and Autonomous Communities becomes available.
  • The administrative silence is negative.

Listados definitivos de beneficiarios

A continuación aparecen publicados los listados que contienen las relaciones de solicitantes que han resultado beneficiarios de estas becas. De acuerdo con el artículo 52 de la convocatoria, se entiende que quedan denegadas todas aquellas solicitudes presentadas que no figuren en estos listados.

Las resoluciones de la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativa de 25 de marzo de 2025, por las que se resuelve la convocatoria, ponen fin a la vía administrativa. El plazo para la interposición del recurso de reposición a que se hace referencia en las mencionadas resoluciones comienza el día 27/03/2025 y termina el 28/04/2025, ambos días inclusive. Si desea interponerlo, podrá hacer uso del impreso PDF que estará situado en la parte inferior de esta misma página durante el plazo correspondiente.

Los listados se encuentran en formato PDF y, para su consulta, deben de tener en cuenta las siguientes observaciones:

  • Están desglosados por provincias (los no universitarios) o universidades (los universitarios). Deberá seleccionar el PDF en el que se encuentre el centro de estudios en el que estuvo matriculado. Los becarios que hayan cursado estudios superiores en centros situados en el País Vasco deberán consultar el listado "Servicios Centrales (MEFPYD)", situados al final de los listados no universitarios.
  • Una vez que acceda al listado correspondiente, encontrará los beneficiarios relacionados por orden alfabético de apellidos.
  • Al principio de cada listado encontrará una página con el significado de los códigos asignados a las ayudas concedidas.
  • Los solicitantes que hayan cursado estudios en el curso 2024/25:
    • En el caso de estudios no universitarios, en centros educativos situados en las Comunidades Autónomas de Cataluña y Andalucía, deberán dirigirse a las administraciones educativas de estas últimas Comunidades Autónomas para conocer la resolución definitiva de beneficiarios, en virtud del Convenio de colaboración que han suscrito con este Ministerio.
    • En el caso de alumnos matriculados en universidades de Cataluña, deberán dirigirse a las administraciones educativas catalanas para conocer la resolución definitiva de beneficiarios, en virtud del Convenio de colaboración que han suscrito con este Ministerio.
