QUERIES AND LOANS

Who can become a user?

Anyone involved in teaching or learning Spanish can use the center's services.

Lending rules

In order to use the loan service it will be necessary to identify yourself by means of a driver's license, passport or any other valid form of identification. A registration form must be filled out the first time the service is used.

• Books and audiovisual material will be loaned for thirty days and may be renewed for the same period if they have not been requested by another user.

• The maximum number of loan units in the different media is three copies.

• Reference works (dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc.) are excluded from the loan service.

• Loan renewals can be made in person, by telephone or by e-mail.

• The loss or deterioration of the funds involves the replacement of the same by the reader or the equivalent amount.
